Our Vision: The first Socially Conscious Education Network for Entrepreneurs (The SCENE), an online/offline network that delivers superior education, mentoring, training and resources to advance social businesses, while providing our members an opportunity to manifest personal and financial freedom. Our vision is realized by our experienced leadership, expert consultants and sound business planning, which combined uniquely positions us to create a new paradigm. We are an innovative and dynamic company, organized around the principles of Conscious Capitalism™ and committed to launching our world-wide support network for Socially Conscious Entrepreneurs in this year.

The Company serves and supports socially conscious entrepreneurs through five specific products and services. Each represents a distinct, but synergistically connected, element of our overall business model.

Instant Impact Generator™ (IIG): Is a proprietary, turn-key cause marketing system: It is designed to promote an individual, non-profit, business or message, while simultaneously benefiting a specific cause. This is done through the alignment of each individual IIG campaign with a particular Cause Marketing Product (CMP). Revenues from CMP sales go to support social and environmental causes. A simple back office administration panel allows IIG users to customize their IIG, view their leads and track their results. All subscribers to CompassionHappens will receive a license to use the IIG system as a marketing tool to build their businesses.
Join The SCENE™, our social network, education and training portal for socially conscious entrepreneurs who are striving to build profitable businesses that do well in the world. Members pay a monthly fee to enjoy a wide range of online and off-line benefits. The company also generates revenues through mentoring and other premium programs offered through The SCENE.
The Academies, our integrated network of advanced online training portals. Our initial Academy (MasterUAcademy) is focused on world-class training and development related to business and social entrepreneurship. Future portals will focus on other key aspects of living a fully self-expressed and powerful life as a conscious entrepreneur. The Academies are staffed through joint ventures with some of the top teachers, trainers and gurus in the world.
Live Events- Money & You® is a classroom-based program marketed by CompassionHappens through our joint venture with Excellerated Business Schools™. Money & You® is a world-class personal and business development program operated internationally for more than 32 years. The company produces events quarterly and generates revenues from ticket sales.
CompassionBank™ provider of micro loans and direct investment to socially conscious companies, as well as a fee-based service provider specializing in assisting entrepreneurs to form, fund and grow socially conscious companies. The Company generates revenues directly from members of the SCENE and from other companies and individuals who purchase its services.
